Payment Terms for The BSA Center
Please read these payment terms (“Payment Terms”) carefully before purchasing any services or memberships from The BSA Center (“Center”) operated by The BSA Center, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By making a payment for services or memberships, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Payment Terms, you must not purchase services or memberships from the Center.

We accept the following methods of payment for services and memberships:

- Electronic Bank Transfers (ACH)
- Cash
- Checks (subject to approval)
Payment Due Dates
Payments for services or memberships are due at the time of purchase or as specified in the specific terms for each service or membership. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services or memberships.
Recurring Payments
If you have opted for a recurring payment plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file automatically for each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method is up-to-date and has sufficient funds to cover the charges.
Late Payments
A late fee may be applied to your account for any payments not received by the due date. The late fee will be a percentage of the unpaid balance or a fixed amount, as specified in the specific terms for each service or membership.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds or credits for services or memberships will be provided in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, as outlined in the Disclaimer and Terms of Agreement. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please notify us in writing within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, issue an appropriate adjustment or credit to your account. Failure to dispute a charge within this time frame constitutes acceptance of the charge.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase of services or memberships from the Center.
Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or communicated to you. Your continued purchase of services or memberships from the Center after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Payment Terms.
