Services
The BSA Center offers a variety of services, including but not limited to, fitness classes, personal training sessions, and wellness programs. You agree to use these services at your own risk and acknowledge that we cannot guarantee specific results.

Liability

By using the Center and its services, you assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from your participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The BSA Center, LLC, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Center or its services.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while at the Center. You are advised to store your belongings securely and not leave them unattended.
